LEP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,960 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYGL, C1R, and CPB2. Each is linked with LEP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEP-to-partner and partner-to-LEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEP versus PYGL in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
