LEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-752P, MT-TS1, and MIR6127. Each is linked with LEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEP-to-partner and partner-to-LEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-752P grouped by LEP-low versus LEP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
