The most reproducible LEP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Mycotoxin metabolic process, and Aflatoxin metabolic process. Each is linked with LEP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEP-to-partner and partner-to-LEP results are reported.
