LEP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LEP mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,603 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEP-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPTX2, GRB14, and IGFBP5. Each is linked with LEP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEP-to-partner and partner-to-LEP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPTX2 grouped by LEP-low versus LEP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
