LEO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with LEO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEO1-to-partner and partner-to-LEO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by LEO1-low versus LEO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
