Across TCGA cell cohorts, LEO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,766 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LEO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Negative regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition. Each is linked with LEO1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEO1-to-partner and partner-to-LEO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by LEO1-low versus LEO1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
