Across TCGA patient cohorts, LENG9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,163 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LENG9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA thio-modification, Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Positive regulation of action potential. Each is linked with LENG9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LENG9-to-partner and partner-to-LENG9 results are reported.
