Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LENG9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,235 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LENG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX2IP, FAM161A, and KDELR3. Each is linked with LENG9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LENG9-to-partner and partner-to-LENG9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LENG9 versus SSX2IP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LENG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→LENG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
