LENG9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LENG9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,477 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LENG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPM4, TMEM238, and CDC42EP5. Each is linked with LENG9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LENG9-to-partner and partner-to-LENG9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LENG9 versus TRPM4 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LENG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→LENG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
