Across TCGA cell cohorts, LENG9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,911 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LENG9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are GDP-L-fucose metabolic process, Positive regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Spindle assembly involved in female meiosis. Each is linked with LENG9 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LENG9-to-partner and partner-to-LENG9 results are reported.
