LENG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LENG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LENG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ5, MIR6802, and PPP1R26P3. Each is linked with LENG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LENG1-to-partner and partner-to-LENG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ5 grouped by LENG1-low versus LENG1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LENG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LENG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
