LENG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LENG1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LENG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Astrocytes, Macrophages, and Macrophages M1. Each is linked with LENG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LENG1-to-partner and partner-to-LENG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Astrocytes grouped by LENG1-low versus LENG1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LENG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LENG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
