LEMD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEMD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,571 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBR, ITGB2-AS1, and MILR1. Each is linked with LEMD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEMD3-to-partner and partner-to-LEMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEMD3 versus APOBR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
