LEMD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and MEK1. Each is linked with LEMD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEMD3-to-partner and partner-to-LEMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by LEMD3-low versus LEMD3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
