LEMD2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEMD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGIP1, ANTXR1, and AGPAT1. Each is linked with LEMD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LEMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEMD2 versus SGIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
