LEMD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and GATA6. Each is linked with LEMD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LEMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by LEMD2-low versus LEMD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
