LEMD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LEMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF20, OR2A2, and ITGAD. Each is linked with LEMD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEMD2-to-partner and partner-to-LEMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF20 grouped by LEMD2-low versus LEMD2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
