Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEKR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 544 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LEKR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK6, MYL12A, and SMPD3. Each is linked with LEKR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEKR1-to-partner and partner-to-LEKR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEKR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEKR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
