Across TCGA cell cohorts, LEKR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,954 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LEKR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Embryonic neurocranium morphogenesis, Positive regulation of neurotrophin TRK receptor signaling pathway, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with LEKR1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEKR1-to-partner and partner-to-LEKR1 results are reported.
