LEFTY2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEFTY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 589 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEFTY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-74P, CTLA4, and LCP2. Each is linked with LEFTY2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEFTY2-to-partner and partner-to-LEFTY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-74P grouped by LEFTY2-low versus LEFTY2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEFTY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEFTY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
