Across TCGA cell cohorts, LEFTY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 481 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LEFTY2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Urokinase plasminogen activator signaling pathway, Regulation of potassium ion transport, and Negative regulation of amyloid-beta clearance. Each is linked with LEFTY2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEFTY2-to-partner and partner-to-LEFTY2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Urokinase plasminogen activator signaling pathway grouped by LEFTY2-low versus LEFTY2-high in CNS.
