LEFTY1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LEFTY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEFTY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, DCD, and OR2J2. Each is linked with LEFTY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEFTY1-to-partner and partner-to-LEFTY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FHL5 grouped by LEFTY1-low versus LEFTY1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEFTY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEFTY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
