LEF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,093 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTHRC1, VCAN, and ISLR. Each is linked with LEF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEF1-to-partner and partner-to-LEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEF1 versus CTHRC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
