Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,049 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEF1-AS1, AXIN2, and MFAP2. Each is linked with LEF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEF1-to-partner and partner-to-LEF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LEF1 versus LEF1-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
