LEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,148 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2B2-IT1, RNA5SP243, and LYPLA1P1. Each is linked with LEF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEF1-to-partner and partner-to-LEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP2B2-IT1 grouped by LEF1-low versus LEF1-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
