LEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN3 and OR10W1. Each is linked with LEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LEF1-to-partner and partner-to-LEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFN3 grouped by LEF1-low versus LEF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
