LECT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LECT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,622 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LECT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHFPL6, ECM2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with LECT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LECT2-to-partner and partner-to-LECT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LECT2 versus LHFPL6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LECT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LECT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
