LECT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LECT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LECT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, S6_pS240_S244, and eEF2. Each is linked with LECT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LECT2-to-partner and partner-to-LECT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR grouped by LECT2-low versus LECT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LECT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LECT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
