LECT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LECT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,728 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LECT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXL21P, NKX2-4, and OR2W3. Each is linked with LECT2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LECT2-to-partner and partner-to-LECT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LECT2 versus FBXL21P in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LECT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LECT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
