LDLRAD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDLRAD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,899 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDLRAD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, CNRIP1, and CRIP2. Each is linked with LDLRAD4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDLRAD4-to-partner and partner-to-LDLRAD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LDLRAD4 versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDLRAD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDLRAD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
