LDLRAD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDLRAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,649 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDLRAD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLFML1, ILK, and PRELP. Each is linked with LDLRAD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDLRAD2-to-partner and partner-to-LDLRAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDLRAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDLRAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
