LDHB

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDHB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with LDHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDHB-to-partner and partner-to-LDHB results are reported.
