Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LDHAL6CP RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of LDHAL6CP’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where LDHAL6CP RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types LDHAL6CP is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD, BRCA, and STAD are the cancer types where LDHAL6CP tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
