Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LDB2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LDB2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher LDB2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LDB2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LDB2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
