LDB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,786 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF17, PRKG1, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with LDB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDB2-to-partner and partner-to-LDB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LDB2 versus ARHGEF17 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
