LDB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,206 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCKAP1P1, PMM2P1, and PFN1P12. Each is linked with LDB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDB1-to-partner and partner-to-LDB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
