Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LDAH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LDAH data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher LDAH Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LDAH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LDAH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
