LDAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LDAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3661, TPRX1P1, and MIR6803. Each is linked with LDAH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDAH-to-partner and partner-to-LDAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3661 grouped by LDAH-low versus LDAH-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
