LDAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LDAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LDAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR12D2, OR2M3, and C20orf141. Each is linked with LDAH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LDAH-to-partner and partner-to-LDAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR12D2 grouped by LDAH-low versus LDAH-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LDAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→LDAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
