LCTL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCTL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,751 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCTL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD1, P3H1, and CRTAP. Each is linked with LCTL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCTL-to-partner and partner-to-LCTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
