LCP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,798 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRAM1, ARHGEF6_S225, and PTPN7. Each is linked with LCP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCP2-to-partner and partner-to-LCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCP2 versus PRAM1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
