LCP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPM1G, ZWINT, and PIMREG. Each is linked with LCP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCP2-to-partner and partner-to-LCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPM1G grouped by LCP2-low versus LCP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
