LCP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM90A26, OR1A2, and PF4V1. Each is linked with LCP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCP2-to-partner and partner-to-LCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM90A26 grouped by LCP2-low versus LCP2-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
