LCP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DEF6, GPSM3, and RCSD1. Each is linked with LCP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCP1-to-partner and partner-to-LCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LCP1 versus DEF6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
