Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-275P, FTLP8, and RNU6-836P. Each is linked with LCP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCP1-to-partner and partner-to-LCP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-275P grouped by LCP1-low versus LCP1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
