Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,019 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of location, Maintenance of location in cell, and Activation of innate immune response. Each is linked with LCP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCP1-to-partner and partner-to-LCP1 results are reported.
