LCOR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,266 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCOR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NHLRC2, GATAD2B, and PYGL. Each is linked with LCOR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCOR-to-partner and partner-to-LCOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
