LCOR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCOR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,259 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNA2, MKI67, and PTGDS. Each is linked with LCOR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCOR-to-partner and partner-to-LCOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
