LCN9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LCN9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCN9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRC2A, CTDP1, and ABCA10. Each is linked with LCN9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCN9-to-partner and partner-to-LCN9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRRC2A grouped by LCN9-low versus LCN9-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
