LCN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LCN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 456 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LCN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIA-RAB4B, FTH1P9, and RNU6-1174P. Each is linked with LCN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LCN2-to-partner and partner-to-LCN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIA-RAB4B grouped by LCN2-low versus LCN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LCN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LCN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
